The Grouping of Schools Verde Horizonte assumes itself daily as a strategic element in the improvement of the quality of life in the municipality of Mação and bordering counties.
More than six hundred children and young people from Mação, Abrantes, Gavião, Sardoal, Vila de Rei and Proença-a-Nova, here concretize the Mission of the Grouping, defined in its Educational Project:
"To welcome all students and provide them with a successful schooling path, enhancing the full development of their skills and abilities, preparing them for entry into the labour market or entry into Higher Education".
