🏡 Located in the small and tranquil village of Vale de Junco, with easy access from the A23 motorway, these rural tourism units combine the charm of traditional architecture with modern comfort. The main house, built in 1945, preserves the typical character of the region, while the remaining units, converted from a former livestock shelter and a traditional smokehouse, were carefully renovated in 2017.

🌿 From Vale de Junco, visitors can explore some of the most remarkable natural and scenic attractions in the municipality of Mação. Nearby are the refreshing Pego da Rainha, the impressive Castelo Velho da Zimbreira Geosite, and the panoramic Cruzianas Viewpoints, which offer breathtaking views over the valleys and ridges of the Blue Mountains.

🦅 Nature enthusiasts will also find an exceptional destination for birdwatching, with opportunities to observe a wide variety of bird species, including the majestic griffon vultures, frequently seen soaring above the surrounding cliffs and mountain landscapes.
