Along the way towards the Aziral stream, as it begins to descend, one can see on the slopes of this trail countless folds in an extension of about 100m.
Several folds with different geometries can be observed, from which those with symmetrical flanks, those with rectangular profiles, those with verges to the northeast, among others, stand out.
These folds are related to the main phases of deformation, during the formation of mountains that resulted from the action of the Varisca orogeny, which took place between 380 and 280 million years ago.
