Introduction
The privacy policy of ARM - Association Rotas de Mação clarifies what personal data we collect and for what purposes, and the principles governing the use of such data and the rights of data subjects. ARM in its action is governed by values of accuracy, transparency, professionalism, institutional cooperation and social justice.

This policy applies to all users and guarantees the privacy and security of the data provided for the various services provided, and only the data necessary to provide the service is requested and collected in accordance with the explicit indications in the user's options.
Who is responsible for processing your data?
We would like to inform you that ARM, acts as the data controller for data files owned by ARM. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted via email at geral@rotasdemacao.pt.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Media, Equipment and Spaces managed by ARM, through the Protocol with the Municipality of Mação.
What data do we process?

APP MOBILE MAÇÃO ROTAS
APP RM MOBILE membership is voluntary and the name of the holder is unknown. The information mentioned here, will be visually provided to the Municipal Civil Protection Means (CM-Mação, GNR and Mação Firefighters), in order to apply the Safety Protocol provided by SER-Sistema de Emergência e Resgate, in case of need, to rescue them.
Participation in several activities
Participation in the most varied activities that ARM carries out can be made by filling in forms available for this purpose, and relate to the following personal data: email, mobile phone, first name, surnames, date of birth, address, town, sex, tax identification number. They can also be registered in the activities through email or telephone and, in this case, the personal data are: name, surnames, email, mobile phone.
Social Networks
Through the social networking pages (Facebook, YouTube, Geocaching and Instagram), ARM offers personalized and comprehensive support and the possibility to stay in touch. These services collect personal data, for example through your profile or through so-called social plug-ins, which are implemented on third-party websites. If you send a request to ARM via one of these social networks, it will be forwarded to the responsible department. The data will be used exclusively to respond to your request and will not be passed on to third parties. In order to contact us via these social networks, you must register with these services.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process the data for the following purposes, established retention periods and limitations on the provision of services, described below:
APP ROTAS DE MAÇÃO MOBILE, in order to apply the Security Protocol provided by SER-Sistema de Emergência e Resgate, in case of need, aiming at your rescue
Filling out online and printed forms for participation in various activities in Mação Council.
The non-acceptance of any of the above types implies that you cannot find out about the activities organised in the Mação Council.
ARM never gives your data to third parties.
